Attendo is now hiring engaged care assistants for Attendo Roden in Norrtälje, which opens in January 2027. It will be a completely new and modern elderly care facility with 60 apartments, of which 40 places are for people with dementia and 20 somatic places.
As a care assistant with us, you'll have a unique opportunity to be part of it from the start and contribute to creating a safe, warm, and high-quality operation. In your role as a care assistant, you work person-centered and support residents in their daily lives by creating security, participation, and meaningful days. You'll be an important part of a team that collaborates closely and where quality, care, and development permeate the work.
About the Role
As a care assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You're responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere for our customers is a large part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that enrich everyday life for our elderly.
Your work tasks include, among other things:
• Personal care according to the facility's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
• When needed, help with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
• Carry out documentation and work based on decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff

Qualifications
Requirements:
• Care assistant training of at least 800 points
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer experience
Meritorious:
• Experience from care work in elderly care/home care services
• Experience with delegation

About the Recruitment Process
