We're growing and seeking engaged colleagues for our home care team in Nacka Municipality. Your role with us As a team member, you are an essential part of our customers' daily lives. You work in our customers' homes to give them the conditions to live as safely and independently as possible. Your days will be varied and filled with: Personal care and health-promoting services. Practical support such as meal preparation, meal assistance, shopping, cleaning, and laundry. Social support in the form of respite care, companionship (according to Swedish Social Services Act), and pleasant company. Important social documentation to ensure high quality care in accordance with applicable legislation. Who are you? We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with people and driven to provide good care. Since the work is often changeable, you are flexible, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking your own responsibility. To meet the municipality's quality requirements, we're looking for someone who is: A trained care assistant (with education of at least 800 upper secondary school credits from the national vocational package). We also see that you have: Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written) for safe communication and correct documentation. Good familiarity with the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare's guidelines for basic knowledge in elderly care (SOSFS 2011:12). It's a merit if you have previous experience from home care or care work, but we warmly welcome you even if you're newly graduated!
