We work with relevant care and support tasks based on a salutogenic approach. The positions are 75-100%. Duties - Support clients in their daily life with, for example, personal care, meal assistance, laundry, medication management, transfers, and rehabilitation. - Be an important link between different healthcare providers and family members. A few days per week, you may work at our day activity center where you work with a person-centered approach to create meaningful days for the people enrolled there. Qualifications Requirements: - Care Assistant with experience working in care and support. A police clearance certificate is required to work with elderly care and adults with disabilities. Merits: - Medication delegation certification. - Class B driver's license Personal Qualities - You are flexible, have strong customer service skills, and can work both independently and as part of a team. - You have a positive attitude, see possibilities, and are responsive to clients, family members, and colleagues. - You are thorough, show great commitment, and take responsibility for your work.
