Your Work Tasks As a care assistant, you are an important part of our clients' daily lives. You provide support with everyday tasks, personal hygiene, medication, and activities – but most importantly, you contribute to safety, joy, and quality of life. You can work within: Special residential facilities – for people who can no longer live at home. Here you create safety and a meaningful daily life. Home care services – where you provide support in clients' own homes and build close relationships. Experience and education in healthcare and social services are merits but not requirements.
