Social Services is responsible for providing support, care, and assistance to people at different stages of life. We work based on the individual's needs and offer services that are based on several laws, including the Social Services Act (SoL), the Act on Support and Services for Certain Persons with Disabilities (LSS), and the Health and Medical Care Act.
This can mean providing elderly people with a safe and meaningful everyday life, supporting people with disabilities, or being there for children, young people, and adults in vulnerable life situations.

DUTIES
Working as a nursing assistant with us means being an important part of people's everyday lives. You get to use your care and dedication to make a difference every day. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to creating security, continuity, and good care for people who need support, whether it is at home, in a special residence, group housing, or within social psychiatry.
As a nursing assistant, you provide support in daily living for people in need of care and support. This can include helping with personal care, meals, transfers, and creating a meaningful everyday life for the client. The work is based on individual implementation plans and aims to strengthen the individual's independence and participation.
You work closely with colleagues and other professionals, and it is part of the role to document measures according to applicable guidelines. The role requires good communication skills, flexibility, and professional conduct – always with the client's needs at the center.
The position is: Awake night shift
QUALIFICATIONS
To thrive in this role, you need to be confident in yourself, have a respectful approach, and want to contribute to a good working environment. You need to be thorough, service-oriented, and have the ability to adapt to different people's needs.
The work requires good collaboration skills, but also the ability to take responsibility and work independently. It is important that you are attentive, aware of changes, and can handle both routine situations and more unexpected events in everyday life. You need the ability to document according to applicable procedures.
We also see that you have:
- Nursing assistant certification
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- Driver's license (Category B), if the activity requires it.
Experience from elderly care, disability support, and/or social psychiatry is a merit.
