Your Workplace At Oral Surgery at Central Hospital, both planned and emergency procedures are performed following accidents in treatment rooms, operating theaters, and surgical wards under anesthesia. The Occlusal Physiology Clinic is located at Kronopark and treats patients with chronic facial pain. Dental Radiology is located in the same premises at Central Hospital and examines patients from internal and external referrals. We share our premises with the Specialist Clinic for Orofacial Medicine, with whom we have close collaboration. Here we want to together provide patients with the best possible treatment and care. This position is a temporary assignment for 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Your Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include healthcare documentation in COSMIC and Clinics, referral management, ordering, and other administrative tasks. You will be part of a large team, balancing independent work with close collaboration with colleagues from all clinics, including external referrers. Your Knowledge and Competencies We are looking for someone who is trained as a healthcare administrator and has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. You easily build good relationships by being attentive, responsive, and accommodating. You have interest, willingness, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions. You make independent decisions and handle complex issues in a structured, efficient, and organized manner. You remain calm and stable even in challenging situations.
