JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Working in our short-term pool presents you with many different challenges and offers great opportunities for professional development based on the varied tasks. As a person, you need to be confident in yourself and have a very good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The work demands high levels of flexibility in both work and scheduling, as well as excellent social competence and responsibility. Working in the pool means you work at all workplaces within the municipality's entire social services sector, such as home care, special housing, and LSS. QUALIFICATIONS As an applicant, you need to have good professional skills to do a good job based on the current conditions. You enjoy the challenge of not everything being predetermined, having to take each day as it comes, since working in the pool means you are deployed to work at short notice. You should have experience working in care and support services, have computer skills, and be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Being trained as a nursing assistant is an advantage. Driver's license category B is required. Salary form: Monthly salary. Type of employment: Permanent position.
