JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Working in our short-term pool presents you with many different challenges and offers great opportunities for professional development based on the varied work tasks. As a person, you need to be confident in yourself and have a very good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The work demands high requirements for flexibility in both work and scheduling, as well as excellent social competence and responsibility.
Working in the pool means you work at all workplaces within the entire municipality's social services, such as home care, special residential facilities, and LSS.

QUALIFICATIONS
As an applicant, you need to have good professional expertise to do a good job based on the current conditions. You enjoy the challenge that not everything is predetermined, that you take each day as it comes, since working in the pool means you are placed out to work on short notice.
You should have experience working in healthcare and care, have computer skills, and be able to express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing.
Being trained as a nursing assistant is a merit.
Category B driver's license required.
Salary form: Monthly salary.

Duration: Indefinite, start date: According to agreement.
Working hours: Shift work.
To ensure a safe and secure operation, the candidate offered the position will need to provide a current extract from the criminal records register before employment can take place. You order the extract yourself from the Police Authority and present it during the employment process.
