Care and Support Teacher or Children and Leisure Teacher - Arena Utbildning

Arena Utbildning is growing and is now seeking a vocational instructor for our Children and Leisure program with a focus on support assistant for our education in Gothenburg. Arena Utbildning is an educational company that conducts adult education on behalf of over 70 municipalities, the Swedish Public Employment Service, vocational universities, and private companies/employers, where we tailor-make educations to match specific needs in the labor market. We offer a wide range of educations, for example vocational training in Care and Support, Children and Leisure, Warehouse and Logistics, Hotel and Tourism, Dental Hygienist, as well as Swedish for Immigrants, basic and upper secondary theoretical courses. We are looking for someone who wants to work with motivated students, many of whom have a non-Nordic background. You work flexibly and creatively with great personal responsibility where you get to be part of developing the education. You will have close collaboration with Children and Leisure teachers and a special education teacher whose task is to support students with special needs. The position involves planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction based on governing documents and students' needs. You will be part of an engaged team working to help students move into employment after their education. You will be involved in organizing and developing the education. You will also have ongoing contact with work placement sites and the working world.
