To minimize transportation and environmental impact, the ambition is to always purchase as large a share of the wood as possible from the areas surrounding the mills. About the Position At the pulping mill, you will be responsible for the first part of the process of manufacturing pulp by, among other things, unloading incoming wood and ensuring it is processed into wood chips. Your work tasks include process monitoring of the operator area. You are responsible for running the department in the best possible way with regard to quality, environment, economy, and quantity according to given instructions and production plans. Your tasks include: Unloading wood from trucks, rail, and performing internal transport with wood trucks. Performing internal transport of wood chips, bark, waste, etc. with wheel loaders. Performing startup and shutdown of equipment and monitoring within the operator area. Ensuring production equipment and trucks function as intended and writing work orders when deviations occur. Taking samples for further analysis at the laboratory and performing lab analyses yourself. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is responsible and enjoys working for quality and safety. Qualifications Previous experience as a forklift operator Wheel loader certificate for goods handling Driver's license at least class B Upper secondary education in an industrial program, science/technology program, vocational training, or what the company deems equivalent.
