Pite Havsbad Group is Northern Sweden's largest hotel company with 6 hotels in Haparanda, Luleå, Piteå, Hemavan, and Arvidsjaur. The position is for Nordkalotten, which is now seeking a facilities manager to take care of their properties in Luleå. The work will include general facilities management tasks such as daily operations and maintenance of the property indoors and outdoors. Examples of work tasks: - Standard property care, interior and exterior, both related to the season (e.g., grass cutting, waste management, snow removal, etc.) - Fix faults upon incoming error reports (e.g., relating to lighting, ventilation, etc.) - Minor repairs (property, premises, indoors/outdoors) - Handle minor property technical tasks and ensure that the hotel and all premises present a well-maintained appearance both indoors and outdoors - Other occurring work tasks The position is full-time 100%, indefinite. Working hours will be primarily weekdays 07:00 – 16:00 but the operations require weekends and evenings as well. You will be personally responsible for the assignment as you work primarily alone. This means work can occur outside these regular hours. This is a direct recruitment and you will be employed by Nordkalotten. Filling the position will happen immediately and start as soon as we find the right person. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You should have a positive attitude and enjoy working, which you do with thoroughness and efficiency. You are a flexible and responsible person! It is important that you are a quick learner, driven, self-sufficient, and take own initiative where you see what needs to be done. You need to be handy and comfortable with solving problems that arise. You don't need to be a specialist but know a bit of everything and have the technical competence required combined with orderliness and a sense for good service. As a facilities manager, you will follow routine descriptions and the work tasks involve both heavier lifting and lighter work. You will meet the hotel's guests daily and therefore need to be service-minded and have good social competence. A driver's license is a requirement.
