About the Position We are now seeking a custodian for an educational institution in Stockholm. The role involves traditional custodial duties such as mail and goods handling, furniture arrangement and moving, as well as basic facility maintenance. The educational institution uses a case management system, so it is an advantage if you can handle IT systems. Additionally, some of the mail handling is conducted digitally today. Otherwise, you need to be service-oriented and in good physical condition, as heavy lifting occurs frequently. Assignment Period and Scope: The Custodian position is a full-time consulting assignment with start as soon as possible following approved security clearance. The assignment is expected to run for approximately six (6) months and will be performed at the educational institution's facilities in Stockholm. Please note that the authority conducts security-classified operations, which means you must be a Swedish citizen. Furthermore, a background check and a subsequent security interview will be conducted, which will then be reviewed by the Security Police (Säpo). The assignment cannot begin until this process has been completed and approved. Requirements for the Position: • Three (3) years of work experience as a custodian • Driver's license class B • Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent • Basic knowledge of case management systems • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
