Job Responsibilities As a maintenance supervisor during the winter season, you will help both guests and employees with various issues that arise in the accommodations and at the facility. You are part of our lodging department, which in addition to maintenance consisting of six maintenance supervisors, also includes cleaning staff, cabin owner services, internal properties, cabin inspectors, and booking and reception staff. You will primarily work on the daily maintenance and upkeep of privately-owned vacation homes and guest services for cabin and camping guests, as well as certain maintenance of our internal properties. Qualifications Much of the work is done independently, and it is important that you are a problem solver with a positive outlook. You are handy and can perform simple repairs. We are looking for someone who has: Class B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles computer skills, as all work performed is documented in our maintenance system good knowledge of Swedish and English basic knowledge of property maintenance prior work experience in a similar position Basic experience in construction, plumbing, and electrical work is a plus. About the Position This is a seasonal position starting November/December 2026 through April 2027 for the winter season 2026/2027. Working hours are 40 hours/week. Weekend and on-call work during the winter season will occur. Deadline for applications is September 7.
