The section is responsible for the agency's facilities and internal workplace services. The current tasks involve extensive contact within and outside the Swedish Transport Agency's organization. The facilities manager role involves very mobile and flexible work. You will be part of the Facilities Section and collaborate with colleagues in internal services, but in Borlänge you will work alone in the facilities manager role and independently handle daily tasks. Read more about what it's like to work at the Swedish Transport Agency You Will - Handle mail and package services for our internal and external customers - Address minor defect reports that arise within the facility - Receive and place deliveries and manage material storage - Patrol the facilities and handle related activities - Manage waste handling - Move furniture - Handle assignments from facility managers - Perform simple repairs - Be a contact person to suppliers for facility maintenance and waste. You Must Have - A completed high school education with final grades - At least three (3) years of work experience as a facilities manager or equivalent - Basic knowledge of MS Office - Basic knowledge of case management systems - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. More Information The employment is permanent with placement in Borlänge. Start date by agreement. We normally apply a trial employment period. Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security clearance with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted.
