Part-time caretaker needed – approximately 50% during ongoing medical leave Would you like a varied and independent role where you can make a difference in daily operations? We are now seeking an engaged and practically-minded caretaker who can work hourly based on our facility's needs while our regular caretaker is on medical leave. The position is estimated to be approximately 50%, with the possibility of somewhat higher hours during the initial period. As our caretaker, you will have an important role in creating a safe, well-functioning, and pleasant environment for children, students, and staff. The work tasks are varied and may include: Minor repairs and maintenance Facility and outdoor area upkeep Furniture assembly and relocation Snow removal, sanding, and grass cutting (depending on season) Contact with contractors and suppliers as needed Other practical tasks that arise in daily operations We are looking for someone who: Is handy and has practical skills Is self-driven, responsible, and solution-oriented Has good collaboration skills and a positive demeanor Is flexible and can adapt to our facility's needs Holds a valid driver's license (category B) Previous experience in caretaking, property maintenance, or similar work is a merit but not required.
