About the Position As a security guard, you are an important part of daily operations. You are responsible for welcoming visitors, managing entry and exit procedures, and contributing to a safe and secure environment for both guests and staff. You also work closely with the client in a security function and assist with matters related to security and preparedness. The role includes, among other things: Reception and registration of visitors Access control and management of visitor flows Support to the security manager on security-related matters Handling of alarms, primarily fire alarms Daily contact with visitors, staff, and external stakeholders Who Are You? We are looking for someone who combines professional security thinking with a genuine interest in service. You are confident, have good judgment, and act calmly and solutions-oriented even when situations change rapidly. You find it easy to build trust, are communicative, and enjoy working both independently and with others. We believe you: Have a strong interest in security and service Are responsible, thorough, and reliable Have a professional and representative manner Are solutions-oriented and flexible Thrive in an international and dynamic work environment Have good collaboration skills and take own initiatives Qualifications To be considered for this position, you need to: Have complete and valid security guard training (VU1 and VU2) Be approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company Be without criminal record, drug-free, and have your finances in order Speak Swedish and English fluently, both orally and in writing Meritorious Experience from reception, security work, or similar service-oriented roles Training as an order guard or protective guard Experience from international environments Additional language skills, but French in particular.
