We are growing rapidly and are therefore looking for new colleagues for our operations in Kiruna. As a stationary security guard, you deliver safety on-site at one of our customers. Depending on which customer you work for, your tasks may vary. You may work as a receptionist at a larger company or perform surveillance in the form of checking who comes and goes, patrolling, alarm handling, and camera monitoring. Regardless of which customer you work for, your primary task is to be observant and ensure that everything is in order. You work independently and under your own responsibility, often both during day and night shifts and on weekends. This position suits you if you enjoy working with people and helping them in their daily lives. The tasks are highly varied, and as a security guard you can work both indoors and outdoors, nights or days. Shifts are often 12-hour day or night shifts, and you work together with one or more colleagues. Since our operations run every day of the year, it is common to work every other weekend. Not a trained security guard? We'll provide the training! If you are not already a trained security guard, Securitas will cover the cost of your training before employment. The training is 9 days, requires 100% attendance during the training period, and may take place in another location. We are security. We are Securitas. Requirements Specification Requirements Category B driver's license At least 18 years old Meritorious if you have worked with similar tasks previously Have passing grades in Swedish at upper secondary level Have completed security guard training, VU1 and VU2 Have civil or military security guard training As a person, we believe you are service-oriented, calm, and organized, and can handle periodically high work pace. You are interested in technology and find it easy to understand instructions. We see that you are an independent person who trusts your own abilities, quickly understand problems, and solve them creatively. You have a systematic and thorough approach with an eye for detail.
