Right now we are looking for several on-call security guards for Hässleholm. Working as a security guard is perfect for you if you enjoy working with people and helping them in their daily lives. Work shifts vary in length but are often 12-hour shifts either day or night. The schedule also includes work on weekends. As a security guard, you are responsible for surveillance at either a stationary client, where work takes place from, for example, a control room or reception, or in a mobile patrol where you visit multiple different clients during your shift. Work tasks vary and can include area surveillance, facility supervision, as well as opening and closing shops and other businesses. The role involves independent work with considerable responsibility, where you play an important part in creating security and safety for our clients. We are security. We are Securitas. Qualifications Requirements Approved grades in Swedish from the first year of upper secondary school Class B driver's license Meritorious if you have worked with similar tasks previously have civilian or military security guard training As a person, we believe you are service-oriented, calm, and organized, and can handle periodic high work pace. You are interested in technology and have an easy time understanding instructions. We see that you are an independent person who trusts your own abilities, quickly understand problems, and solve them in a creative way. You have a systematic and thorough approach with an eye for detail. Great weight will be placed on your personal suitability for the position.
