We are expanding and are now looking for new colleagues for our operations in Haparanda/Kalix. Work at both locations may be relevant. As a mobile security guard, you are responsible for conducting security patrols at multiple customers during your shift. You travel between customers by car and perform various types of checks, including area patrols, indoor rounds, alarm connections, alarm responses, and customer closings. In this role, it is important that you document your work and any irregularities you encounter. The work is independent and often feels free, but carries great responsibility. The mobile security guard role suits you if you want a position where you get to move around. This position suits you if you like working with people and helping them in their daily lives. The tasks are highly varied, and as a security guard you can work both indoors and outdoors, nights or days. Shifts are typically 12-hour day or night shifts, and you work together with one or more colleagues. Since our operations run all year round, it is common to work every other weekend. Not yet trained as a security guard? We'll cover the training! If you are not already a trained security guard, Securitas will cover the cost of your training prior to employment. The training is 9 days, requires 100% attendance during the training period, and may take place in another location. We are security. We are Securitas. Requirements B driver's license At least 18 years old Passed grades in Swedish at high school level Meritorious if you have Completed security guard training (VU1 and VU2) Completed protective officer training with valid protective officer certificate, civilian or military Completed order enforcement training with valid authorization Fluency in Finnish language (spoken) Experience with similar work tasks We see that you are a stable and stress-resilient person who can handle pressure and manage setbacks well. You are humble, team-oriented, and service-minded when meeting the public, but also understand the responsibility in your role and can remain objective when required. You have good communication skills and a desire to contribute to good cooperation with both colleagues and clients. It is meritorious if you have experience with/knowledge of how to interact with people, and if your work is driven by a desire to help people, regardless of their backgrounds.
