As a stationary security guard, you are customer-focused and have a professional approach, where service and security are in focus. At our assignments in Boden, you deliver safety by being attentive and ensuring that everything is in order. The role suits you if you enjoy working with people and helping them in their daily lives. The tasks are highly varied, and as a security guard you can work both indoors and outdoors, nights or days. Work shifts are often 12-hour shifts day or night, and you work together with one or more colleagues. Since our operations run every day of the year, it's common to work every other weekend. Not yet trained as a security guard? We'll cover your training! If you're not already a trained security guard, Securitas will cover the cost of your training before employment. The training is 9 days, requires 100% attendance during the training period, and may take place in another location. We are security. We are Securitas. Requirements B-class driver's license At least 18 years old Passed Swedish grades at high school level Meritorious if you Have completed security guard training (VU1 and VU2) Have experience with similar tasks We see that you are a stable and stress-resilient person who can handle pressure and manage setbacks well. You are humble, team-oriented, and service-minded when meeting the public, but also understand the responsibility of your role and can remain objective when required. You have good communication skills and a willingness to contribute to good cooperation with both colleagues and clients.
