About the Role Want to make a difference? If you are not already a trained security guard, Securitas will cover the cost of your training before employment. As a mobile security guard, your main task is to deliver security to our customers - primarily at industries, offices, and workshops - by protecting property and buildings against fire, theft, and damage. Usually you will manage alarm systems and report using a computerized patrol information system. The work is independent and is often experienced as free, but with great responsibility. As a stationary security guard, your main task is to deliver security to one of our customers by being attentive and ensuring that everything is in order. You often work at the entrance to a larger company and control those passing in and out, but you can also perform patrols and camera surveillance. Work tasks vary from customer to customer. You work independently and under your own responsibility. These positions suit you if you enjoy working with people and helping them in their daily lives. As a security guard at our office in Eskilstuna, you'll become part of a committed team. The work tasks are highly varied and as a security guard you can work both indoors and outdoors, night or day. The length of work shifts varies, but is often 12-hour shifts either day or night. Since we operate year-round, it is common to work every other weekend. We are security. We are Securitas. Requirements Approved grades in Swedish from the first year of upper secondary school Good knowledge of English Category B driving license Meritorious if you have worked with similar tasks before are a trained security guard As a person, we believe you are service-oriented, calm, and organized and can handle periodically high work pace. You are interested in technology and have an easy time understanding instructions.
