About the position Adecco is now recruiting weighing and process operators for our client in the pharmaceutical industry in Brunna, Kungsängen. To meet identified and growing skill needs, we are seeking candidates for both ongoing and upcoming assignments with the client. As a process operator, you will work with grinding and weighing raw materials, documentation, and controlling and monitoring manufacturing processes. You will ensure that production and raw material handling are carried out according to applicable guidelines with a strong focus on safety, quality, and accuracy. The role also involves identifying and addressing deviations and contributing to an efficient, sustainable, and environmentally friendly production process. Working hours are full-time and include 2-shift work, with the possibility of periods with 5-shift work. This position is a full-time consulting assignment via Adecco Responsibilities: As a process operator, your work tasks will include: Grinding, weighing, and loading raw materials (physically demanding and repetitive tasks occur) Documenting production and maintenance work performed Performing cleaning and maintenance of equipment and workplace Monitoring operations and production Troubleshooting and addressing process deviations We are looking for you who have: Complete upper secondary school diploma (required) Experience in production work Experience working according to GMP Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is advantageous if you have: Experience in pharmaceutical production Experience with documentation, troubleshooting, or machine operation About you We are looking for someone with an interest in technology and problem-solving and a logical and structured work approach. You are initiative-taking, responsible, and thrive in a role where accuracy is crucial. You have good social skills and collaborate well with others, while being able to work independently when needed. The role involves both physical work and repetitive tasks, which requires endurance and a positive attitude.
