Road Maintenance Worker At Lambertsson, we operate a broad business and offer our customers comprehensive solutions and services within equipment rental, temporary power, modules, and traffic control devices. We now need to strengthen our team on the traffic control side with a road maintenance worker for our operations in Mora. About the Position As a road maintenance worker, you will primarily work with delivery, setup, and removal of traffic closure materials, barriers, and other protective devices for our customers. You will also be responsible for rental, maintenance, and handling of traffic control materials at our depots. In this role, you will have daily contact with customers, both on-site and at the depot. In addition to providing a high level of service, you are expected to act as an advisor and help customers choose the right traffic and safety solutions based on their needs. We work as a team and support each other where needed, which means other tasks may also occur. Together, we create a safe, efficient, and professional customer experience from start to finish. About You We are looking for someone with experience in similar tasks and preferably previous experience working with traffic control materials or road maintenance. You have a strong focus on safety and quality, take responsibility for your work, and enjoy collaborating with others. As a person, you are proactive and see what needs to be done. You work in a structured manner, value organization and order, and actively contribute to creating good teamwork. You have a strong customer focus and enjoy delivering top-notch service.
