Ļaudonas Parish Administration of Madona Municipality (registration No. 90000054746) invites applications for a Director of Ļaudonas Cultural Center on an indefinite basis.

Key responsibilities:
- Organize, plan, and manage cultural activities in Ļaudonas Parish of Madona Municipality;
- Create diverse and high-quality cultural offerings for residents of all ages and social groups in Ļaudonas Parish;
- Promote the preservation of national and local cultural heritage and tradition transmission;
- Support and coordinate amateur arts groups in Ļaudonas Parish and support the Song and Dance Festival movement;
- Develop artistic design concepts and organize decoration creation for Ļaudonas Cultural Center and related premises according to festival themes or planned events;
- Prepare and take responsibility for the budget plan of "Ļaudonas Cultural Center" structural unit of Ļaudonas Parish Administration;
- Address maintenance issues for Ļaudonas Cultural Center building and stage;
- Participate in organizing cultural events of Madona Municipality;
- Prepare publications, informational materials, and reports for social networks on current issues and activities;
- Manage social media profiles and website of Ļaudonas Parish Administration of Madona Municipality.
Requirements:
- Secondary or vocational secondary education; higher education in cultural management or related fields is preferred;
- Desired experience or previous involvement in cultural activities or amateur arts;
- Excellent organizational, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, working individually and in teams;
- High sense of responsibility and accuracy in fulfilling duties, goal-oriented approach, self-initiative;
- Creative approach to work, ability to respond quickly and find appropriate solutions in various situations;
- Understanding of the importance of cultural work to the local community;
- Knowledge of regulations governing the cultural sector and ability to apply them in practical work;
- Excellent Latvian language skills;
- Ability to work with office equipment, good digital tool skills;
- B category driver's license is preferred.
