Ensure the organization and continuity of the educational process. Ensure implementation of the State Education Standard, the school's educational programs and subject curricula. Ensure development of internal regulatory documents of the educational institution and their compliance. Ensure development of the institution's development plan and educational programs. Ensure timely preparation of the educational institution and educational programs for accreditation, and educational program licensing. Ensure evaluation of educational programs implemented in the institution, the educational process and achieved results. Lead the work of the educational institution's pedagogical council. Ensure efficient use of the educational institution's intellectual, financial and material resources. Ensure proper management of state or municipal real property assigned to the educational institution. Provide the educational institution with appropriately qualified staff, establish and terminate employment relationships with institution employees. Define the responsibilities of institution employees and evaluate their work results. Promote professional development of teachers. Develop an internal control system in the educational institution and ensure its operation. Ensure a safe, health-promoting and psychologically supportive environment in the educational institution. Ensure the safety of students and compliance with internal conduct regulations. Represent the educational institution's interests in state and municipal institutions and media. Conduct self-analysis of own work. Requirements for Candidates: Compliance with one of the requirements specified in Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569 of September 11, 2018 "Regulations on the Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Teachers and the Procedure for Professional Development of Teachers" Section 13. Compliance with requirements of the Education Law and the Child Rights Protection Law. At least three years of pedagogical work experience in the education field or educational management. Strategic vision for institutional development. State language proficiency at the highest level in accordance with the State Language Law and proficiency in at least one official EU language to the extent necessary for professional activities. Understanding and knowledge of the specifics of educational institution management, including knowledge of regulatory documents governing education, employment law, child rights protection and educational institution financing and budget planning. Good information and communication technology skills, including computer user level skills. Management skills, ability to motivate employees and work in teams and individually. Ability to articulate and defend views, prioritize and make independent decisions. Good presentation and communication skills. Irreproachable reputation.
