No. 90000048472 announces an open competition for the vacant position of DIRECTOR of Podnieku Preschool Education Institution We invite applications from a preschool education institution director who can prepare the preschool education institution for operation and successfully manage the educational and training process in the preschool and lead the team of specialists in the institution's administrative management. Job responsibilities related to preparing the preschool education institution for operation: develop the institution's Development Plan, regulations, and other regulatory acts for operation and ensuring independent functioning; organize the preparation of functional layout technical specifications for premises and specialized equipment; organize the preparation of technical specifications for educational materials; participate in developing technical specifications for security, video surveillance, computer networks, wi-fi and notification systems; organize the preparation of technical specifications for catering services and participate in procurement processes for other services (waste removal, ventilation system maintenance, security, etc.); participate in establishing the institution's premises management system; organize the establishment of a medical office; organize the development of fire safety and other documentation and measures needed for their implementation; participate in accepting the institution's building and equipment into operation; carry out the admission of learners and formation of groups; organize staffing for the institution, prepare draft financial and other resource documents; organize the institution's opening event. Main job responsibilities: ensure the fulfillment of functions established for Podnieku PII; ensure the implementation of regulatory acts governing Podnieku PII operations, as well as municipal decisions, orders and recommendations; prepare a draft budget estimate for Podnieku PII, plan and control the rational use of allocated funds; manage the work of Podnieku PII and employees in accordance with regulatory requirements governing the education sector, ensure Podnieku PII is staffed with appropriately qualified pedagogues and employees, promote professional development, self-assessment and self-analysis among pedagogues; work productively with municipal institutions and structural units; ensure that the educational process at Podnieku PII complies with regulatory requirements; ensure the beneficial use and preservation of real property and assets transferred to the institution; participate in the implementation of projects related to Podnieku PII operations and their improvement; organize appropriate use of Podnieku PII buildings and outdoor spaces. Education and professional experience requirements: education must comply with the Education Law and the requirements established in Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 569 of September 11, 2018
