Main job duties:
- Organize visual and technical inspections of residential buildings, their equipment, and engineering utilities under the company's management in accordance with regulatory requirements and LVS 1077:2023;
- Plan, organize, and supervise repair works in residential buildings under the company's management;
- Direct and coordinate the work of the repair works department and emergency services;
- Ensure quality control of repair work execution and timely completion;
- Organize and control the execution and quality of outsourced services;
- Prepare repair work plans and cost estimates;
- Prepare technical specifications for procurement organization;
- Work with data and documentation in the Construction Information System (BIS).
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher or professional education in construction;
- Desired work experience in construction, repair works management, or building maintenance;
- Knowledge of construction and building maintenance regulations;
- Good computer skills (MS Office) and desired experience with the Construction Information System (BIS);
- Category B driver's license;
- High sense of responsibility, good organizational and communication skills.
- State language proficiency level B2.
