Position Purpose: To plan, organize, and ensure the implementation of a quality preschool education process at the institution, providing methodological support to educators and promoting comprehensive child development in accordance with national preschool education guidelines. Requirements for Applicants: - Compliance with the requirements of the Education Law and Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569 of September 11, 2018, concerning educator education and professional qualifications; - Compliance with the restrictions established in Section 5 of Article 72 of the Children's Rights Protection Law; - At least three years of pedagogical work experience in the education sector or in education management; - State language skills at the highest level in accordance with State Language Law requirements and proficiency in at least one official European Union language to the extent necessary for professional activities; - Knowledge of regulatory acts governing the operation of an educational institution, the professional education field, and its development trends; - Understanding of the content of teaching and educational work and didactics of the subject matter; - Understanding of the age-related developmental characteristics of learners and the principles of interpersonal psychology; - Good computer skills (MS Office applications); - Ability to prepare and format documents and ability to work with office equipment and information technologies; - Ability to make independent decisions, argue and defend opinions, work in a team, set priorities, and effectively plan, organize, and monitor work. Key Duties: - Plan and ensure a quality education process in accordance with regulatory requirements; - Ensure the implementation of preschool education programs; - Participate in the development of regulatory acts governing the internal procedures of the educational institution and ensure their compliance; - Participate in the development of the educational institution's long-term development plans; - Monitor the progress of learner adaptation; - Analyze and evaluate the education process and its results, set new tasks, and inform educators and learner parents; - Direct pedagogical methodological work, consult with educators, and provide methodological assistance; - Inform educators about professional development opportunities and maintain a database of educator professional development; - Promote and publicize educator work experience and encourage educators to engage in creative and research activities; - Ensure learner participation in competitions, exhibitions, and coordinate work with gifted children; - Coordinate the work of the educational institution's support staff in addressing learner learning, psychological, health, and adaptation issues, and provide learners with socio-legal and socio-pedagogical assistance; - Conduct research on learner development dynamics and ensure parents are informed about learner academic achievements and problems; - Substitute for the educational institution director during his absence.
