We build for the future and are looking for you to help create long-term solutions for wastewater management in a growing municipality. -Your role with us As a VA Engineer with us, you will become a key person in developing and improving the municipality's water and sewage infrastructure. We are looking for you with interest and expertise in wastewater treatment and operations. Job responsibilities may include: • Work for sustainable, safe, and optimized operations. • Inventory and analysis of facilities for maintenance planning. • Risk analyses and action plans for safe and sustainable water treatment processes. • Be the link between daily operations, long-term planning, and future investments. • Continuously improve and develop our methods and processes. You will be part of a knowledgeable and committed team of 12 engineers, of whom five engineers work on operations management for the entire production from intake of raw water to discharge of treated water to the recipient, together with operations technicians. We work closely together to solve complex challenges and build a sustainable water and sewage supply for the future. QUALIFICATIONS • Engineer with relevant education in water and sewage, environmental engineering, civil engineering, process industry, energy systems, or similar. • Experience from the water and sewage industry or a politically managed organization is meriting, but the most important thing is that you have the right drive and commitment. • Communicates well in Swedish both verbally and in writing. You are comfortable working in a structured manner and can analyze and prioritize effectively. As a person, you enjoy working both independently and in a team, and you demonstrate an unpretentious approach that promotes both improvements and the common goal. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Employment type: Permanent position. Duration: Start date: By agreement.
