UX Designer

We are looking for a UX Designer for an exciting assignment Assignment Description Our team consists of approximately 40 passionate digital designers who together create smart, intuitive, and engaging customer experiences. Our ambition? To deliver the market's best customer experience. Now we are looking for more skilled designers who want to be part of Sweden's perhaps most pleasant design team! We are now seeking an experienced UX Designer for an agile development team within Business and Agriculture, creating digital services and products in the field of business insurance. We are a design team that values collaboration, feedback, and a healthy balance between work and leisure. We work agile according to SAFe and have a flexible work approach. About the Role You take responsibility for UX work in the team's deliverables and collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other designers. In the role you need to be able to: explore and develop solutions based on customer needs and business goals conduct user testing and use research, insights, and data as the basis for design decisions ensure that solutions are accessible and follow our design patterns be the user's voice and drive UX issues forward in the team design for the whole, across channels and products collaborate and discuss solutions with other designers and team members Qualifications We believe you have at least three years of experience in UX design and are comfortable quickly familiarizing yourself with new problem areas and driving design work forward. You are passionate about the user perspective and see user-centered design as a given You are comfortable with modern UX tools, such as Figma You see accessibility as an obvious part of UX work You can balance established design patterns with the ability to think innovatively You are confident in making design decisions, arguing for them, and receiving feedback You thrive in cross-functional, agile teams and enjoy collaborating You have experience working independently and can quickly take responsibility for UX work Experience in banking, insurance, or fintech industries is a plus.
