The Municipal Management Office (KLK) is one of the administrations under the Municipal Executive Board and is responsible for leading and coordinating a variety of cross-municipal assignments. The Municipal Management Office consists of the municipal office, HR, finance, IT, communications, development/sustainability, exploitation, and business development departments. As a Development Strategist, you will become part of the development and sustainability department. The department's mission is to support and strengthen operational development and innovation throughout the municipal group. Your immediate supervisor is the Development Manager, who is part of the Municipal Management Office's management group and participates in the group's management meetings. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You will work both strategically and operatively with managers, operations, and support functions to create conditions for development, while also practically supporting and driving development from idea to implementation and follow-up. Your main responsibilities are to: Support change and development initiatives in the municipality's operations. Develop and coordinate portfolio management of development and digitalization initiatives. Drive work on benefit realization and value delivery to ensure that development efforts produce desired results. Contribute to the development of Microsoft 365 as the municipality's digital workplace. Plan and lead workshops, processes, and dialogues that strengthen operations' development capabilities. Support and drive operational development, project management, and change management. Contribute to strengthening the municipality's digital maturity and capacity to implement sustainable change. QUALIFICATIONS We want you to have: Academic degree in behavioral science, organizational development, social science, economics, IT, or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Documented experience in project management. Documented experience in change management. It is a merit if you have certification in Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent. Experience leading workshops, processes, and development initiatives with other groups. Strong ability to analyze complex situations and translate analysis into practice. Experience in digital operational development. Experience in portfolio governance or portfolio management. Experience working with, driving, and developing Microsoft 365 as a digital workplace and modern collaboration culture. Experience with public operations or politically governed organizations. Experience with monitoring, impact measurement, and benefit realization of development initiatives is a merit. As a person, you are a driving and unpretentious individual who gains energy from helping others succeed. You work in a structured manner, see the big picture, and have the ability to create engagement around development issues.
