As a Development Coordinator, you have a key role in driving and coordinating the organization's quality and development work. Together with managers and staff, you contribute to systematic improvement efforts that strengthen person-centered, safe, and knowledge-based health care and social services. At the Health Care and Social Services Administration, we work every day to create secure and high-quality health care and social services for Malmö residents. For our operations to function well, we need professional HR support, and you play an important role here. Responsibilities As a Development Coordinator, you are responsible for the department's work with the national quality registers Senior Alert and BPSD. You work closely with managers and staff and have an important role in translating knowledge and results into concrete improvements in the organization. Your role includes: coordinating implementation, development, and follow-up of work with Senior Alert and BPSD providing support, mentoring, and advice to managers and staff in ongoing quality work planning, implementing, and following up educational initiatives for various target groups building and developing local networks for experience sharing and learning following up and analyzing statistics and translating results into concrete development areas and improvement suggestions providing feedback on results and identified improvement needs to managers and leadership groups representing the department in external working groups, forums, and networks within areas such as mental health and intimate partner violence. You become an important link between operations, management, and external partners, and contribute to translating knowledge, results, and improvement ideas into sustainable development work in the organization. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: A university degree in social work, health care and social services, or education, such as a degree in social services, or Other relevant post-secondary education, such as elderly care pedagogy, combined with university credits equivalent to relevant academic education Experience working with quality registers Experience with implementation and development work Experience mentoring and training staff Good digital skills and ability to quickly learn new systems Proficient Swedish, both spoken and written It is advantageous if you have: Specialized education in the field, such as dementia care or elderly health Work experience within health care and social services Experience working with the quality registers BPSD and Senior Alert Experience developing training materials and writing reports Experience working with mental health and/or intimate partner violence The role requires strong abilities to inspire, engage, and motivate others. Through a pedagogical and solution-oriented approach, creativity, and strong communication skills, you create conditions for sustainable implementation and long-term development of quality register work. As a Development Coordinator, you are creative, self-driven, and well-organized, with the ability to translate ideas into concrete results. You are confident and professional in your approach and have strong collaboration skills, which enable you to build good relationships and drive development work together with managers, staff, and external partners. You have good pedagogical insight and adapt your communication to different target groups.
