We are now looking for a Development Leader who wants to help shape the future of deposit systems and strengthen our ability to deliver modern, efficient, and secure digital services. About the Role
As a development leader, you will have a central role in driving the development of digital services and ways of working, where AI and automation are important enablers. You will work to identify development opportunities, lead change initiatives that create conditions for a smarter, more data-driven and efficient operation, and ensure that solutions are implemented and used in an efficient and sustainable manner.
You will contribute to the development of new AI solutions and explore potential use cases within the organization. The work takes place in close collaboration with the business, various IT functions, and external system providers to develop ways of working, processes, and digital solutions that create tangible business value.

Examples of work tasks:
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and automation
Drive the development of modern ways of working and digital services supported by AI and automation
Manage and further develop existing IT systems
Support and training for employees to ensure efficient use of systems and to ensure a good user experience
Ensure that the development process is followed with needs analysis, requirements specification, testing, and implementation
Monitor the external environment to broaden perspective and continuously develop yourself and the organization
About You
You are a person with a holistic perspective, who enjoys inspiring others and likes to turn ideas into concrete results. You have the ability to understand how processes, systems, governance, and organization are interconnected.
As a person, you are analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to break down complex issues and transform them into concrete and long-term sustainable solutions that support both strategic and operational decisions. You find it easy to collaborate while being self-driven and can plan and drive your work toward established goals.
Qualifications:
Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent experience that we consider equivalent
Several years of experience in IT development, system management, and business development
Experience implementing AI, RPA, or other automation
Experience in Microsoft environment (DevOps, SQL Server, Teams, among others)
Experience leading workshops, dialogues, and stakeholder engagement
Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written

Some know us as Returpack, others as Pantamera. And everyone is equally right. The Pantamera brand is operated by Returpack AB. We are a privately owned company, where our owners are the industry organizations Swedish Breweries, Svensk Dagligvaruhandel, and Livsmedelshandlarna. We currently operate an approved return system for beverage packaging with deposits. Since our start in 1984, we have continuously developed the deposit system together with other players in the value chain.
