Development Manager for Care & Services in Kungsbacka

Your role as a development manager You are responsible for systematic development and improvement work within our quality management system. In collaboration with others, you develop, implement, and quality-review guidelines, procedures, and materials for self-monitoring within care and support services. You review and follow up on operations based on legal requirements and propose improvement measures at a strategic level based on identified deficiencies, changes in legislation, or new conditions. Together with, among others, the Social Coordinator, you are responsible for the department's Lex Sarah administration, which includes documentation, training initiatives, registration, and follow-up of incoming reports. Your duties include investigating irregularities and risks of irregularities, assessing the severity of incidents, and when necessary, preparing and reporting cases to the Inspectorate for Health and Care (IVO). Your work also includes other development and investigation assignments within the department where you serve as a specialist function. Furthermore, you collaborate with other healthcare providers and participate in various types of networks. The role involves visiting our units in the municipality, and your duties also include monitoring external developments in the field to improve and develop the work. You are analytical and thorough, with a pedagogical and factual approach to support, inform, and educate staff and managers within the department.
