JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a development leader with customer focus who wants to combine operations development, strategic communication, and concrete production. The position is placed in the Business and Development unit within the Infrastructure and Environmental Department's management division. A large part of the assignment is focused on the municipality's waste management operations, while the other part involves communication support to the department's various operations. Our main target groups are residents and businesses. As a development leader, you work both strategically and operatively. An important part of the assignment is to start from the recipient's needs, with the ability to translate complex operational issues, processes, and regulations into clear and target-group-adapted communication and information that is understandable, relevant, and easy to act on. You will, among other things: • develop the department's customer service through communication initiatives in projects and operations development • translate complex processes, information, and regulations into clear and accessible communication • plan, produce, and implement campaigns and initiatives that contribute to behavior change and sustainable choices • follow up results and customer insights for continued development QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have: • University education in communication, media, or other education that the employer deems equivalent • Very good ability to communicate in Swedish in speech and writing It is an advantage if you have: • Experience in digital communication, web, and digital media • Experience independently producing communication materials • Experience from the waste, recycling, or environmental field and/or work in a politically governed organization • Good graphic ability and experience with graphic production tools To succeed in the role, you need to be able to take your own initiatives and drive communication initiatives from idea and planning to implementation. You work independently and in a structured manner, while collaborating well with colleagues and have a service-oriented approach. You are thorough and quality-conscious and place great emphasis on communication and materials being clear, correct, and adapted to target group and channel. Employment type: Permanent employment.
