Then the role of Development Manager - Sports and Recreation Facilities at Nacka Municipality might be for you. With us, you'll take on a key role in developing the municipality's sports and recreation facilities with special responsibility for our six ice rinks. Your Assignment You'll become part of a dedicated team within the culture and leisure sector working to create attractive environments for Nacka residents of all ages. Together with controllers, real estate strategists, development managers, property managers, construction project managers, and sports operations staff, you'll drive the municipality's long-term facility development. As development manager, you're responsible for ensuring our facilities develop in a sustainable, efficient, and fiscally responsible manner. The role combines strategic development work with project management, coordination, and follow-up. The role includes: - Responsibility for long-term development of the municipality's sports and recreation facilities - Developing and monitoring maintenance and investment plans - Driving development, renovation, and reinvestment projects - Conducting financial analyses and preparing decision-making materials - Coordinating issues related to facilities provision, sustainability, and energy efficiency - Collaborating with operations, associations, and external stakeholders - Preparing matters and presenting materials to the Leisure Committee Is This You? We're looking for someone who is driven to develop operations, properties, and facilities with a focus on quality, sustainability, and long-term value. You are analytical, structured, and able to translate ideas and needs into concrete actions. At the same time, you're a skilled collaborative partner who builds trust and creates good relationships with many different stakeholders. We believe you: - Are independent and take initiative - Are analytical with good financial understanding - Are development-oriented and solutions-focused - Are communicative and pedagogical - Are structured and experienced in managing multiple processes in parallel Your Experience - Several years of experience working with sports facilities, real estate, or other public facilities - Knowledge of ice rink operations and development needs - Experience with maintenance and investment planning - Experience with project management and development work - Strong ability to conduct operations and financial analyses - Excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Merits - Experience working in a politically governed organization - Experience with municipal property management - Knowledge of energy, environmental, and sustainability issues - Experience with procurements and contract matters We Offer At the Culture and Leisure Unit, you'll receive a meaningful assignment.
