Your Responsibilities The Process Engineering Gear department is now seeking a development engineer who wants to be part of the team and contribute to developing tomorrow's technical solutions in gear technology. Whether you are newly graduated from university or have a few years of work experience, you are welcome to apply. The most important thing is that you have a technical interest, are curious, and want to develop together with the team, which currently consists of 15 people. In this role, you will work within Development & Standards with a focus on process engineering and gear systems. You will be involved in various development projects, work on investigating technical issues, and contribute to developing and ensuring our technical standards. Your responsibilities: Contribute to the development and implementation of a technical roadmap for the gear area Develop and maintain technical methods, guidelines, and standards for gear systems Provide technical support and advice in the gear area for development and order projects Participate in technical reviews and quality assurance of solutions related to gear technology Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, procurement, maintenance, and suppliers Contribute to continuous improvement of work methods and processes in the technical area Investigate and analyze technical issues and contribute to long-term and sustainable solutions Your Profile We are looking for you who: Have a university or college degree in, for example, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, energy engineering, or equivalent Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Have an interest in mechanical systems and curiosity about gear technology Work structurally and methodically and have the ability to analyze and assess technical solutions Are responsible, driven, and flexible Have good collaboration skills and enjoy working with different functions and competencies Are curious and motivated to develop your technical expertise Application Process The position is initially a consultant assignment through us at Skill.
