We're in an exciting growth phase and are now looking for a development engineer who wants to strengthen our development team. About the position This is a broad and varied role where development and hands-on work go hand in hand. You will work closely with both development and production, and be involved throughout the entire process – from design and product development to assembly, testing, verification, and continuous improvements. You will work with, among other things: Product development and design Hardware design Electronics development Electromechanical design and mechanics Prototype development Testing, verification, and troubleshooting Improvement and further development of existing products During your initial time with us, the position will consist of approximately: 50% development and design work, where you participate in development and further development of our products. 50% hands-on work in production, with assembly, verification, troubleshooting, and final testing of products. This combination gives you a deep understanding of our products and production processes and creates a solid foundation for contributing new ideas and smart solutions. Who are you? You're someone who enjoys technology and is driven by understanding how things work. When you encounter a problem, you want to find out why it occurs and discover a smart solution. You enjoy combining hands-on work with technical development work and appreciate the variety between workshop, production, and design work. You may be newly graduated or have a few years of experience – for us, it's more important that you have the right attitude, a genuine interest in technology, and a desire to develop than the exact education level or how many years you've worked. We'd like to see that you: have a technical higher education, for example as an engineering technician or civil engineer in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electronics, or a similar field have good knowledge of SolidWorks have a strong interest in technology and enjoy combining design with hands-on work are solution-oriented, thorough, and enjoy troubleshooting, testing, and improving technical solutions enjoy working both independently and together with others have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written have a B driver's license and access to your own car. It's a merit if you have experience with: Product development Electronics Mechanical design Testing and verification Monitor G5.
