Information About the Introductory Period
Using our initiative based on the Accelerated Learning method, we're shaping the next generation of refrigeration technicians. During the introductory period, you'll develop skills so you quickly become comfortable with the tasks required in the refrigeration technician role. Here you get a unique opportunity to quickly develop within areas such as electrical knowledge, blueprint reading, control and regulation systems, and refrigeration process components.

Important Dates

Scope: Full-time
This is a close collaboration between Professionals Nord and Bravida. After completing the introductory period, you'll be employed by us at Professionals Nord, and for the first 18 months you'll work as a consultant for Bravida. Provided the collaboration works well, the goal and intention is continued employment at Bravida.

Job Responsibilities
As a refrigeration technician, you'll have a socially valuable role where you work on varying projects in Kiruna. The job consists largely of coordination, planning, and execution of various installations for Bravida's customers. You're involved throughout the entire process, from the planning phase to project completion, and you're responsible for carrying out the assignment in accordance with current safety and quality requirements. Common work tasks include:
• Service and projects within the refrigeration area
• Troubleshooting and development of concrete action proposals for these issues
• Customer contact
• Planning together with your immediate service manager before work execution
• Material ordering
You'll be the face of the company and work in a social role where you have daily contact with both clients and suppliers. You alternate between working independently and working with your team. Of course, you'll receive thorough introduction to get into the position in a good way, where among other things you'll be assigned a personal mentor who supports you until you can perform your work tasks independently.
Furthermore, you work flexible hours, 07-16 Monday through Friday.
In this position, on-call duty will eventually be included.
We're Looking for Someone Who
• Has a strong interest and drive to develop in the refrigeration technician role
• Is practically minded with good problem-solving ability and technical interest
• Is a driven, structured, communicative, and responsible team player
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and holds a class B driver's license
