The Developer Role As a developer for the Facility Management and Service Management operations, you will have a central role in developing, monitoring, and improving the operations. You work closely with the operations manager and management team, contributing with analyses and decision-making materials that strengthen the operations' quality, efficiency, and results. You lead and coordinate development and change initiatives that make a difference for our operations. The role is about seeing the whole picture, maintaining what works well today, while identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring that decisions are implemented in practice and create real value. The assignment includes developing working methods, monitoring results and key metrics, and driving initiatives that strengthen the operations' ability to meet future needs. You also have overall responsibility for matters concerning operational systems, agreements, suppliers, and procurement. Through environmental monitoring, you follow developments within your area and contribute to ensuring that new methods, working approaches, and technical solutions are utilized in a way that strengthens the operations. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is analytical, driven, and has the ability to translate strategic goals into concrete results. You thrive in a role where you combine development work with monitoring and change management, and you have a natural ability to create structure even in complex contexts. You are accustomed to working independently but also see the value of collaboration and participation. Through your communication style, you build trust and get people to engage in development and change. As a person, you are proactive, structured, and solution-oriented. You have the ability to see connections and turn insights into improvements that have an impact on the operations. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We are looking for someone who has: - An academic degree at least at bachelor's level in an area the employer deems relevant - Work experience with strategic, management-focused development work - Work experience driving change management - Work experience leading the development of new methods and processes - Work experience preparing decision-making materials, analyses, and reports - Class B driver's license It is meritorious to have: - Experience working within facility management or similar operational areas - Work experience in project management - Work experience with agreements and procurement About Us Kungsbacka Facility Management and Service Management is an operation that combines high quality with strong development capacity.
