We hope you will enjoy working with us! About the Job In this role, you will be a key person in developing and implementing effective communication strategies, both internally and externally. You will work with the web, develop new ways of working, and ensure that our communication is clear, relevant, and reaches the right target audiences. You will work closely with a developer colleague, department managers, other support functions, and collaborate closely with the municipality's overall communications department. Together we work toward an accessible social service, where communication in various forms is an important part. We are looking for someone who is independent, courageous, and driven, with great determination and a positive attitude. Responsibilities - Develop and implement communication strategies to support the social service's goals and operations. - Manage and update the social service's website and digital channels. - Create and publish content for both internal and external audiences, in text, image, and/or video. - Coordinate and implement communication campaigns and projects. - Develop new ways of working and tools to improve communication flow within the organization. - Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistent and effective communication. - Follow up and evaluate communication efforts to continuously improve. Who We Are Looking For - A creative and innovative person with a strong interest in communication and information. - A skilled writer who can adapt your writing style according to audience, purpose, and needs. - A team player who also works independently, who sees opportunities rather than obstacles. - Good ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with both strategic and operational matters. Qualifications - Relevant higher education in communication, media, marketing, or similar. - Experience working with web, digital channels, and social media. - Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. - Experience developing and implementing communication strategies. - Knowledge and experience with the Office package. - Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, primarily InDesign and Premiere Pro. - Knowledge and experience working in Sitevision or other web publishing tools. Experience working in the public sector is advantageous, but we place great emphasis on personal qualities. Knowledge of laws and regulations related to digital communication, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Accessibility Act for Public Digital Services, is also advantageous.
