The Federation Office consists of employees who work across the federation in various areas such as board work, finance, administration, legal matters, work environment, admissions, HR, communications, IT, food services, systematic quality work, and federation-wide competence development. DUTIES Would you like to work in a strategic role where you combine in-depth analyses with development work in an organization that makes a difference for young people and society? Kalmarsunds Upper Secondary School Federation is now seeking an experienced and analytical investigation strategist for a broad and developing role in an organization with an important societal mission. With us, you will have a central role reporting directly to the Federation Director and working closely with our quality and operations development manager. Together, you will contribute to strengthening the federation's governance, development, and long-term ability to meet future challenges. In this role, you are responsible for producing qualified investigations and decision-making materials as well as driving strategic development processes. The assignment is varied and suits you if you enjoy switching between analysis, development, and practical implementation. As an investigation strategist with us, you work both strategically and operationally close to the business. You are responsible for qualified investigations within the federation's various operational areas and also work on developing and coordinating the federation's work in preparedness, continuity management, and sustainable development. You also drive and support business development initiatives. The assignment is broad and varied and involves identifying development needs, developing solutions, and driving development and improvement work from analysis to implementation. QUALIFICATIONS To succeed in this role, you have experience with qualified investigation or analysis work and are used to independently driving assignments from analysis to implementation and results. You are analytical and structured with the ability to handle complex issues while seeing the big picture. Since the role involves leading and coordinating work without formal management responsibility, you are skilled at building trusting relationships, creating engagement, and driving development together with others. We are therefore seeking you if you have relevant academic education in, for example, political science, public administration, economics, law, or other relevant field, or experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience with qualified investigation and analysis work, preferably within or in close collaboration with a public or politically governed organization. You have excellent ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Experience from investigation assignments within municipal, regional, or state operations is a merit. We also view positively experience with preparedness and continuity planning, strategic sustainability work, as well as experience in process management, coordination, and/or change management.
