Then you should apply for the position as researcher/project communicator in our three-year heritage fund-financed project "Be Prepared!". About the Position As a researcher and project communicator in Be Prepared!, you will work together with the project manager. You will contribute to developing knowledge, methods, and educational initiatives that strengthen participation, security, and agency among people with disabilities within emergency preparedness and civil defense. You are responsible for both external and internal communication related to the project. The work is carried out in close collaboration with people with disabilities, Funktionsrätt Sverige's member organizations, government agencies, and other actors, and includes both independent work and collaboration within the project group. Main Responsibilities As a researcher/project communicator, you will, among other things: · conduct surveys, interviews, questionnaires, and other investigations · collect, analyze, and document knowledge and experiences · write reports, knowledge materials, and methodology documents · contribute to the development of training and learning materials · make results and materials accessible in an attractive way for different target groups and in different formats · plan and document meetings, workshops, and other activities · collaborate with member organizations, government agencies, and other actors · ensure the project's visibility continuously, and contribute to follow-up and dissemination of results Qualifications · Relevant academic education or equivalent experience that the employer considers equivalent. · Experience with research, analysis, or development work. · Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish. · Experience with communications work, for example planning, producing, and tailoring content for different channels. · Good knowledge of disability rights and accessibility issues. · Ability to plan, organize, and drive work forward. Meritorious · Knowledge of emergency preparedness, civil defense, or related areas. · Experience working with easy-to-read and accessible communication. · Experience with educational development or digital learning environments. · Experience with interviews, questionnaires, or other knowledge gathering. You are thorough in your work and have a strong commitment to participation and disability rights.
