The Education Office in Sollentuna Municipality is now seeking an investigator who wants to work close to operations and politics with case management, investigation, and preparation.
Responsibilities
As an investigator at the Education Office, you will have a central role in supporting the office's management and operations through qualified case handling and investigation. You work independently and in close cooperation with managers, colleagues, and other functions within the office.
Your main responsibilities are to:
- Prepare cases for the Education Committee and ensure high quality in decision-making materials.
- Handle referral statements concerning the Education Office's areas of responsibility.
- Manage other case handling related to the Education Office's areas of operation.
- Conduct investigations and prepare analyses, materials, and service reports.
- Contribute to the development of effective processes for document and case management.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a degree in social sciences or law, or alternatively other higher education that the employer deems appropriate for the position.
You should have experience with investigation work in the public sector, and we would like to see that you have worked in a politically governed organization. Furthermore, it is advantageous if you have experience with document and case management systems and have a good understanding of public decision-making processes. You express yourself very well in Swedish both orally and in writing and have the ability to formulate clear, well-structured, and target-group-adapted decision-making materials, service reports, and statements.
To thrive and succeed in the role, you are self-driven and take responsibility for planning, driving, and completing your tasks with high quality. You are structured and have a good ability to prioritize and organize your work even when multiple assignments are ongoing simultaneously. You are flexible and can adapt to changed conditions and operational needs. As a person, you have good analytical ability and can see both details and the bigger picture, which allows you to handle complex issues efficiently. You also have a well-developed linguistic ability and can process, analyze, and communicate information in a clear and professional manner.
