The sector answers to two of the city's boards: the Social and Labor Market Board and the Elderly Board. Within the sector, there is a department for authority functions within IFO, disability/LSS and elderly care, a department for service providers within functional support, a department for elderly care, and a department for adult education, labor market, and integration. Our department, Support and Development, coordinates a large part of the sector's support functions. As an analyst, you will support managers and operations in development and administrative matters and work on a project basis. We take a systemic approach and provide support and services to operations based on this perspective. As an analyst, you report directly to the department manager and are part of the Quality and Development team. Your work tasks include conducting investigative assignments, drafting submissions to the board, carrying out Lex Sarah investigations, preparing materials on various issues, driving projects or development work, and conducting process mapping. Some assignments are time-limited while others are ongoing. We want you to have a degree from university or college, such as social work, political science, behavioral science, or other fields that the employer finds equivalent. You have several years of experience working with authority administration within at least one of the social services activity areas. You are accustomed to working in politically governed organizations. You handle Swedish very well in both writing and speech. If you have experience with investigative assignments in municipalities, regions, or the state, that is a merit, as is experience with quality management systems, business management systems, and process mapping tools. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. This position is a time-limited employment of approximately 1 year, full-time. Start date by agreement.
