Do you have experience working in a broad administrative and service-oriented role as an investigator? Are you structured and thorough with high integrity? We are now seeking two investigators for the Unit for Government Legal Affairs 1. You will work with interesting and exciting tasks that are important to society. About the position In your role as an investigator with us, you will support the National Board of Health and Welfare's council for certain legal, social and medical matters, the Legal Council, with certain administrative tasks. Your work tasks include diary management, case handling and archiving of cases as well as coordinating meetings. The position also includes handling cases according to the Act (2024:238) on determination of gender in certain cases. The role means that you will be a case handler and presenter in some matters and decision-maker in others. You will be part of a group that performs similar work tasks. Contact with other authorities is common, as is telephone advice to individuals and disclosure of public documents including simpler secrecy assessments. The role offers great opportunities to be involved in developing our activities. The unit has approximately 15 employees and we take collective responsibility for our work. About you To do a good job and thrive with us at the National Board of Health and Welfare, it is important that you have a very good ability to cooperate with others. You have a systematic, thorough and problem-solving work approach. You can write and communicate clearly, distinctly and in a structured manner. The role means that you can work independently, take your own initiatives and drive your cases forward as well as take responsibility for results with high quality. As a person, you are empathetic while having strong integrity and can maintain distance in matters that require it. The work tasks require good judgment and a high level of service. We would like to see that you have an interest in business development and enjoy identifying and driving improvements in working methods and processes. We place great importance on your personal qualities. We are looking for someone who has academic education in an area that the authority finds relevant, for example political science current experience of working with case handling of matters initiated by a private party (exercise of government authority) good knowledge of administrative law and experience of working with administrative law matters good knowledge of the regulations surrounding public documents and public access and confidentiality very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. It is meritorious if you have experience of working in an advisory role working with business development diary management and case handling in case management systems (for example DHS, Public 360 or equivalent). Good to know The positions are permanent full-time employment that begins with a probationary period of six months and a fixed-term employment of approximately one year, both starting as soon as possible. You will work from the office at Västerbroplan in Stockholm. In spring 2027, we are moving to Solna Strand. Your job title will be Investigator and your placement is in the Legal Department and the Unit for Government Legal Affairs 1.
