We keep society moving for people on roads, rails, in the air, and at sea. That's why we need the best talent. Our mission is important and makes a difference in everyday life—for both individuals and businesses. At our organization, we take responsibility, treat everyone well, and respect diversity. As an employee, you contribute to a sustainable future.
About the Position
Development in the road vehicle sector is moving fast. That's why it's important that our regulations are up-to-date and functional, while we also need to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to future vehicle regulation—both in the short and long term.
We are now seeking an investigator to work with and lead assignments in national regulation development. Often this involves updating or creating new regulations, but it can also include assisting the government on various matters. The section works primarily with national regulation development, but also with some international regulation, investigations, and analyses in the road vehicle sector. Work can thus vary between general investigation assignments and more in-depth investigations such as government commissions.
As an investigator, your main focus will be the development of vehicle technical regulations where you will respond to consultations and statements with both internal and external focus. You will work both independently and together with colleagues, and maintain good dialogue with other authorities, the vehicle industry, and other stakeholders who depend on or are affected by the regulations we develop.
Beyond sometimes diving deeper into certain regulations, we see that you will need to be able to lead investigations and assignments over time, which means broadening your perspective, seeing the bigger picture, and thinking long-term. To achieve results, you need the ability to both initiate and lead collaborations, as well as maintain good dialogue with multiple specialists and functions within our subject areas. Work sometimes takes place in teams, so we want you to take responsibility both for yourself and for the collaborations you are involved in, treat everyone well, and respect our differences.
You Matter to Us
Do you enjoy working with others and want to develop in your professional role? With us, you can expect career development, a trusting management and employee culture, and a sustainable work life. We are a secure employer that cares about your health with time for wellness activities during work hours, flexible working hours, generous vacation days, and paid time off.
