About the Position The position is located in the Unit for Analysis of Elderly Care and Disability Issues (ÄFU), which maps, follows up, evaluates, analyzes, and forecasts developments in these areas. In your role as an analyst with us, you contribute to highlighting elderly care and disability issues for the benefit of the target groups, often as a project manager. Work as an analyst in the analysis department includes performing analyses within the framework of government assignments and the National Board's self-initiated assignments. We have, for example, recurring facility surveys on the Act on Support and Service (LSS) and elderly care, the survey "What do older people think about elderly care" and annual status reports to the government. Additionally, the unit follows the development of e-health and welfare technology in municipalities. The Analysis Department (A) consists of eight units and departmental management support. About You To succeed in the role, you need to be analytical, structured, and driven, which means you organize and plan your work well and meet deadlines. You also need excellent collaboration skills combined with the ability to work independently. In the recruitment process, we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities. We are looking for someone who has academic education that the authority finds relevant experience working as a project manager at least three years of experience with qualified investigation and analysis tasks experience with evaluations good methodological knowledge, both quantitative and qualitative analyses knowledge of social services operations and the laws that govern them, and systems and services at an aggregated level good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish It is meritorious if you have a doctoral degree experience from a government agency knowledge of AI Good to Know The employment is permanent and we are recruiting two people on a full-time basis, beginning with a six-month trial period. You will work from the office at Västerbroplan in Stockholm, but have the option to work remotely up to 2 days per week. In spring 2027, the agency will move to newly renovated premises in Solna strand.
