About the job We offer interesting work tasks where you will work as an investigator and assess suitability in various driver license matters based on the legal and medical requirements placed on driver license holders. You make independent decisions by correctly applying legislation in a lawful and procedurally fair manner. The work involves investigating cases, analyzing documentation, issuing decisions, and providing information to customers. You also interact with other actors such as government agencies and medical advisors. In your role as an investigator, you are responsible for many cases in parallel, and the pace is periodically high. This means you need to be comfortable handling multiple different work tasks simultaneously and have the ability to prioritize among them. As an investigator, you handle confidential information, which places high demands on proper handling, objectivity, and procedural fairness.
