The Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO) is in a development phase where our mission is expanding. To meet this growth, we are now strengthening our operations and seeking investigators for Stockholm. About the Job You will be part of a unit where the main tasks consist of conducting ownership and management assessments of actors seeking permission to operate dental care activities (PSL). IVO's license approval is based on state values and should be characterized by clarity, credibility, integrity, efficiency, and good service. Main Responsibilities: - Independently handle applications using a risk-based approach - Write decision proposals - Assess the suitability of company representatives - Investigate companies' financial prerequisites - Investigate whether company representatives have relevant and sufficient knowledge and experience Our agency is currently in an exciting phase of change and development work. We believe you have the desire and interest to contribute to the development work in the unit and in cross-agency collaborations. Qualifications We are seeking someone with: - A degree in social work, economics, law (law degree), political science, or other relevant academic education that the employer deems equivalent - At least 3 years of current work experience in qualified investigative work within a relevant area for ownership and management assessments - Experience writing decisions, reports, and/or summary texts based on laws and regulations - Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written It is advantageous if you have: - Good knowledge of legislation in corporate or tax law - Experience reviewing and analyzing company finances - Experience preventing or investigating welfare fraud - Experience with license approval processes Personal Qualities To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical abilities—that is, the ability to approach matters from different perspectives and to review and analyze cases in an objective and factual manner. You should be able to prioritize and structure work tasks. The work is performed both independently and in close collaboration with others. Therefore, you need good collaboration skills and confidence in your delivery and decisions.
